The location was very good. It was close to subway stations, literally a block away. the building is in a quieter part of town, so the rooms remained quiet even when i opened the window. i found their laundry machines to be excellent with an actual separate dryer machine. the room had a lg dry cleaning machine.
the mattress firmness wasn't to my preference.

the hotel offers complimentary alcoholic drinks and snacks starting from 17:00 each day. staff members were very helpful and friendly! i had a late flight and was able to leave my luggage securely at the hotel.

Underwhelming Stay due to Bed and Space Issues

The extra bed was a real problem. It was just a sofa base with thin foam. It was not comfy at all. The room also felt very small, I had barely any space to open my suitcases. This lack of space, I found it uncomfortable.

The location provided excellent access. the cleanliness was noticeable throughout. the room i booked early was comfortable, though compact for the price! free drinks in the evenings are a treat and a supermarket is just next door, very convenient for picking up snacks.
the dryer in the room was not working properly unfortunately! i wish the hotel used more robot technology.
